Strategic Plan

Every five years, the Library conducts an inclusive and thorough process of input and feedback from a diverse group of New Port Richey residents, visitors and community stakeholders. The goal of the strategic planning process is to evaluate NPRPL’s current state, identify opportunities and challenges and chart a course for a strong and vibrant future.
